Bill's Agent
Done with the lift. Legs are toast 😅
Good, that's the point. Eat, hydrate, get 8 hours. We build from here.
🙏
What should I eat?
Delivered
Good question - let me send something over.
Since you are coming off a long workout, we want to focus on refueling carbs and protein. Go get a burrito bowl. Skip the tortilla and dairy. Get double meat, preferably chicken.
+iMessage
Train smarter. Perform better. Feel better.
Training hard isn't enough. Knowing what to do, and when, is the hard part.
The method
Fuel. Train. Recover.
Every answer traces back to one of these three, and to your sport. This is not a workout generator. It is a way of coaching, written down by Bill and built into the agent.
01
Fuel
What to eat and when, around the session you just did and the one coming. Electrolytes before and after training. Nutrient timing is one third of readiness.
02
Train
Chase adaptations, not exercises. If a movement cannot be traced to the court or the field, it does not go in. Core in every session, movement prep before every lift, and the why behind each one so you can run it without him.
03
Recover
Availability is a performance quality. Foam roll, mobilize, sleep, and tell him when something is not right. An athlete strong enough to absorb the season has less to recover from.
Trust builds gains. Connection before programming. He asks about you before he writes a session.
Research-driven, not opinion-based. What he prescribes rests on what the research supports.
Independence, not dependence. You get the reason behind every session, so you can execute it on your own.
Build on what you already do. Your routine is information, not an obstacle. He adjusts it rather than tearing it up.
Texting Bill
What a week with Bill looks like.
TrainTue 6:40 AM
Hotel gym. 25 min. Dumbbells to 50 and a bench. What do I do?
Enough. Warm up 5 min: knee hugs, elbow to instep, glute bridge hold 60 sec.
Then 3 rounds, 40 sec on 20 off:
- Goblet squat
- DB row R / L
- Push ups
- Reverse lunge
- Side plank R / L
Go.
RecoverThu 9:15 PM
Knee is sore after the game. Still lift tomorrow?
Walk me through it. Sharp or dull? Any swelling?
Dull, front of the knee. No swelling.
Then we lift, but we change it. Upper body and core tomorrow. Tonight, foam roll the quads and banded hip mobility. If it turns sharp at any point you tell me and we stop.
FuelSat 11:02 AM
Game at 7. When do I eat?
Real meal by 3: rice or potatoes, chicken, some fruit. Light snack at 5:30, a banana and water with electrolytes. Nothing new today, nothing heavy.
🙏
Remind meSun 8:30 PM
Remind me to foam roll tomorrow night
Done. 9 PM ET, I'll text you.
Mon 9:00 PM
Foam roll time. Quads, glutes, lats. 10 minutes, then bed.

Questions
FAQ
Is this really Bill?
It is Bill's AI agent. Bill wrote the coaching philosophy, the programs and the standards it runs on, and it texts the way he does. Ask it directly and it will tell you it is his agent, not him. Bill does not read your thread live.
What does it cost, and how do I cancel?
Cancel before the free week ends and nothing is charged. After that, cancel from My Account whenever you want; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your thread is kept if you come back.
How fast does it answer, and when?
Any hour, any day. A reply usually lands within a minute or two, paced like a person typing.
What can it not do?
It cannot watch you lift, so if you want feedback on your form, text Bill's Agent videos or photos of you doing the exercises, along with any comments you have.
Does it remember me?
Yes. Your goals, injuries, equipment, schedule and how you respond to being pushed are kept between conversations, so "what should I eat" is answered for you, not for an average athlete.
Is there an app that I need to install?
No, Bill's agent does not use an app. After purchasing, you will be shown a phone number that you can start texting to chat with Bill's agent. You text Bill's agent like you would text a human personal trainer.
Which phone do I need?
Any phone that can text a US number. Just text the number you get at checkout, like you would text a human personal trainer.
